What is Delvyia for?
It is the health record of your home appliances. You keep every appliance in one place, with its warranties, servicing, receipts and faults. The app warns you before a warranty expires or a service is due.
Is it free?
Yes, you can create an account and use the app free of charge.
What is the fastest way to add an appliance?
On the add screen you can photograph the appliance's rating label: the AI reads the brand, model and serial number automatically. You can also scan a QR code or a barcode to pre-fill the details.
How do the email alerts work?
When you record a warranty or a servicing reminder, Delvyia emails you before the due date. You choose how many days in advance under Settings → Notifications, and you can turn everything on or off.
Does the AI diagnosis replace a repairer?
No. The AI diagnosis gives an indication of the likely causes of a fault and the right first steps. It does not replace a qualified technician: for any actual work, call a professional.
Can I manage several homes?
Yes. Create as many "properties" as you need (main home, flat, rental, Airbnb, office…) and attach each appliance to the right one.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted in Europe (database in Frankfurt). The documents you upload (receipts, manuals) are stored securely. Our privacy policy lists every subprocessor.
How do I find a repairer?
The Repairers page shows a directory on a map. You can save favourites and leave a review with a rating to help other users.
How do I export an appliance's record?
On an appliance's page, the "Export PDF" button generates a summary document (details, warranties, servicing) that you can keep or pass on, for example when reselling.
How do I change the language or the theme?
The language switcher sits at the top of the home page, and in Settings. Light / dark / automatic theme is also set under Settings → Appearance.
How do I delete my account?
Go to "My account" and click "Delete my account". This is irreversible and permanently erases all your data.
What is the French repair bonus?
A French government subsidy of 15 to 60 € depending on the appliance, deducted straight from your invoice when you have an out-of-warranty appliance repaired by a QualiRépar-certified professional. Delvyia shows the amount for each appliance and each fault.
